Book pages Elmer and the Stranger
Elmer and the Stranger
I read it to Soopa aged 4
We love the Elmer books so were excited when this one arrived home in the school bag this week. Although we recently read an Elmer story we weren't so keen on this book was a return to form and was in the same gentle, friendly style of the best of them (see my previous reviews for the one we weren't so enamored with). In this one Elmer and his chums help out a kangaroo with a little problem. It's a heart-warming story about friendliness, believing in yourself and having a go. We read it at bedtime and it was a perfect, feel-good read after a busy day.
