Book pages The Midnight Fox
The Midnight Fox
Josh read it aged 10
I really liked this book because the action started straight away.  Tom, the main character, went to a farm. He did not want to go because he thought it would be boring.  However he met a rare black fox and everything changed.  When his Uncle wanted to destroy the fox because the fox was eating the prize turkeys, Tom had to do everything in his power to save the fox.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves animals and an adventure story.  I think this book is for ages 10+

Freaky and Fearless: How to Tell a Tall Tale
Josh read it aged 10
I really liked this book. It was so exciting, scary and adventurous. This book was all about three friends trying to stop a monster bent on taking all the worlds noses. There were only a few pictures in this book but I think they were in the right places. I liked this book and the text was easy to read. It only took me a few days to read.  The characters were brave at heart but sometimes extremely silly.  This book had me wondering what was going to happen all the way through.  I would recommend this book to other boys and girls aged 8+.
