This is a great story for dinosaurs,  a great introduction to the names and what they're like. My kids love it.

This has been my bedtime story for many nights now thanks to my five year old reading me this cute tale with the textured pages. He loved getting me to find the little dinosaur on each page and feeling the textures.

This is a real favourite in our house. My children love the textured pages and like seeing which dinosaurs are rough and which are smooth.  The book introduces children to some of the common dinosaurs like diplodocus and stegosaurus. All the dinosaurs have loud noises and once you get to the end of the story the book invites you to start all over again!

We read this book tonight, for the first time. It was given a thumbs up by the girls and I found it enjoyable to read.

The book is beautifully illustrated and the pages have texture, which is hugely appealing to my daughters.

It's a quick and easy read, telling us a little about some of the different types of dinosaur. There are a few questions at the back, which my 8 year old really enjoyed, and we all felt was a really nice touch.

I feel, as a parent, there could have been more info about each dinosaur squeezed in somewhere in the book, whether in the story or questions, but as it is the book is interesting and exciting to younger children, maybe 2-7.

My 8 year old is a little behind the average reading level for her age and found some of the words difficult to read (no surprise really as some dinosaur names are a little tricky!) but enjoyed the book and has expressed an interest in the other books by the same author, in the same style.

Great book to read aloud to little ones.
