THE LEGO (R) MOVIE 2 (TM) Awesome Heroes
LA12 read it aged 6
This book is absolutely perfect for children that are learning to read by themselves. Featuring characters from the film such as Emmet, Lucy, Batman and Unikitty, it's packed full of exciting images and interesting information. The book, which is at Level 2 of DKs 4 Level reading scheme, uses large font, simple vocabulary and has a fun quiz at the end that Lego Movie fans will find fun and engaging.

Book pages The World's Worst Children
The World's Worst Children
I read it to LA12 aged 6
Leo thoroughly enjoyed reading this delightfully hilarious tale, featuring ten of the world's worst children. Tony Ross' illustrations in full colour were brilliant and really brought the characters to life. There were countless funny bits that had Leo laughing out loud, far too many of them for me to mention. He has barely stopped talking about this book since we started reading it and he is already really excited to begin reading the next books in the series.

Ten Little Bookworms: World Book Day 2019
LA12 read it aged 6
Ten bookworms are in a library discovering lots of exciting new books to explore. The story is great for teaching younger children to recognise numbers 1-10 and they can have fun counting the bookworms on each page. At the end there is an introduction to the other books in the Ten Little series, which cover some of the themes explored in this story.
