Supertato Veggies Assemble
Author: Sue Hendra
We love Supertato and have read a few from the series. It’s a really fun, imaginative story that always makes us giggle. A must have for your child’s book collection.

Jingle Spells
Author: James Brown
Wonderful festive book with a witchy twist. Ivy loved the front cover straight away and couldn’t wait to read. The story itself is lovely and festive with a nice meaningful message behind it. We loved the happy ending.

Oi Frog!
Author: Kes Gray Illustrator: Jim Field
We picked up this book as my daughter has asked for the collection as she enjoys reading them at school. This book is funny, clever and we love the rhyming words. A fantastic read for children who are learning about rhyming at school. We always have a giggle when reading and it’s become one of Ivy’s favourites. Off to buy some more of the OI books.

An Anthology of Intriguing Animals
Author: Ben Hoare
From the absolutely stunning front cover and gold edged pages to the beautiful illustrations inside, this book is a joy to look through and read. My almost 6 year old loves listening to all of the facts about the animals and looking at the pictures. This would be a beautiful gift also.

Sugarlump and the Unicorn
Author: Julia Donaldson Illustrator: Lydia Monks
This book caught Ivy’s eye in the bookshop because it was sparkly and had a unicorn on it. After reading to her I feel this is a lovely story with a meaningful message behind it. We both have really enjoyed reading this story as the words rhyme and the pictures are interesting. Another great book from Julia Donaldson.
