This is a lovely book all about oskar and his friend mo and the things they do together. The illustrations are clear, colourful and very crisp and my daughter enjoyed this book very much. Its a story that shows what friendship means that little ones will identify with.

My two children loved this story. It was different to anything we have read before.  The storyline is interesting and easy to follow ( I won't write  any spoilers )  it has helped my children to understand friendships better.

The illustrations were beautifully done.

A book I would recommend to anyone.

I read it to Tommyd aged 3 aged 3

I've only just received this book and I already love it! From the feel of the book - a lovely soft matt cover, to the simplicity of the illustrations and the 'adorability' (is that even a word?) of the two characters! Oskar and Mo have much to teach little ones about what it means to have a friend and be a friend. There rae so many things about this book that make me smile - my favourite is Mo singing and dancing in the rain. I'm sure Tommy will love it but he's on holiday at the minute so I hope I'm forgiven for taking a peak!

Straight away the cover and illustrations on this book are super cute, bright and colourful. The words are simple but there is a good amount of pages for a bedtime story. The story itself is really sweet and about the friendship of the two birds Oskar & Mo. My daughter said it is her new favourite and she liked the pictures and said it's just like me and my friends!.

A fantastic book all about friendship, and the adventures two friend can have, it's even ok to fall out sometimes, as long as they make up. The illusions are lovely, this is a really lovely book and we are very luck to have been allowed to review it its a fantastic book and will be one that is read over and over again, we have had it only a few hours and it's been read 5/6 times now,

I asked my little one age 5 what he thought of the book and he said it's " super cool and lovely"

I asked my 7 year old her thoughts and she said " mummy it's a lovely book and it sounds just like me and my friend at school it's real live book mummy"

It's a must have for all little ones

This is the second of Britta Teckentrup’s picture books about Oskar and this time we also meet his best friend, Mo.

As soon as you open the book, and see the end papers’ glorious repeating pattern, you know that you’re in for a treat. Britta’s illustrations are always so beautiful. As Oskar and Mo is a book for younger readers, the shapes are simple; the colours bold; and the scenes uncluttered.

This is a story of friendship. A loyal, supportive, life-affirming friendship. Together, Oskar and Mo play games, share secrets, overcome obstacles, and sing and dance in the rain. They comfort and strengthen each other. Sometimes they fall out but they always make up. Oskar and Mo is a fabulous exploration of the nature of friendship and it’s a great book for prompting discussions with your child about their friends and what friendship means to them.

My son and I are huge fans of Britta Teckentrup and Oskar and Mo is another gorgeous addition to our bookshelves. We recommend that you check it out too.

I read to my son Bertie, who doesn't quite understand yet he is 21
Months but he loved looking at the pictures and he will grow into this book.
It's actually made my buy more of the "Oskar" books.
It's a very sweet story and helps young children understand friendships.
It's a lovely easy to read story.
The pictures are fab and they also tell the story really without reading the words for younger children.
Highly recommend.
