5 stars
My eldest daughter loves spotting cranes, diggers and other large machines and was pleased to find this at our local library.
This book is filled with so much detail and information that's it's a definite fun non-fiction read.
You can find out how houses are built, what has to be done to build a bridge, explore big machinery and more.
The book is colourful and child friendly with lots of lift the flaps to keep your child engaged.
The book would be really well suited to 5 year olds and up however, younger readers like my eldest daughter, who is 3 will enjoy this book too as there is so much to observe and discuss. My youngest daughter who is 1 loves all the lift the flaps also and the illustrations are super.
A great book.
