The boy has enjoyed previous Daisy picture books like Eat Your Peas and likes the mischievous character of Daisy so he was looking forward to this. This was much longer than the other Daisy books- it is a proper chapter book rather than a picture book so it took him a while to read but he still enjoyed it and said it was very funny.

I read this to my five year old daughter and she loved it! We read a few chapters at a time and she kept asking to read more. She loved the character of daisy and found the book very funny! She loved the trouble Daisy got herself into and we will definetly be looking at getting some of the other Daisy books.

My daughter chose to get this book using her World Book Day token. My daughter is a huge Daisy fan and she finished this book in a few days. My daughter says "the book was very good, great illustrations. A wee bit funny. I love the idea of chocolate land. I liked when the hamsters were in her pocket at chocolate land".

I have read this in six days on my own, and it was so funny! I love the Daisy books, and in this one Daisy looks after the class hamsters and goes to Chocolate land. I like the Daisy books so much that I've read 5 of them now.  This one is good to read in the Easter holidays.  You should read it if you really like chocolate like I do!  I would say a girl 6-9 years old would like to read this.  I can't wait to read another Daisy book. Thank you for letting me review this funny book!

It is the Easter holidays and Daisy has been chosen to look after the class hamsters. Also Daisy and her mum have been given two free tickets to Chocolate Land. Daisy books are amazing. They are easy and fun to read.

Woah! All the Daisy books are fabulous. My 5yr old boy is relating to the character brilliantly and is loving having stories about a fabulous girl to read to himself. He read aead and was very proud to tell me what was going to happen in our next installment at bedtime. I read it to him, but he wanted to know what was going to happen so much, that it really spurred him on to read some himself! Daisy is rather cheeky, but totally has 7 year old logic down to a T. Fun stuff.

This is the first 'grown up' style book my 5 year old has been introduced to and she loved it. The book is well written and keeps the child engaged. Looking forward to reading more in the series.

I thought that it was good because Daisy could go into the chocolate factory and mix the chocolate.
Daisy's neighbour's son was angry because Daisy's school hamster jumped into the melted chocolate and did poos in there!
Mrs Pike, Daisy's neighbour, was nice because firstly she invited Daisy and her mum to the chocolate factory, and when they came back and Daisy did a big mistake, she didn't get angry.
I adored the story because it was really funny and it tells you how careful you have to be when you go out.

we were lucky enough to win this from a Toppsta review, and I saved it as an easter present. As soon as I gave it to my 7 year old, she was stuck into it and read it as quickly as possible. Its another in the Daisy and the trouble with... series, where one minor incident leads to another, until things go wrong for Daisy again. In this book, its a trip to a chocolate factory, combined with looking after the school hamsters for the easter holidays. What could go wrong?

I love the Daisy stories and have enjoyed a lot of them. Daisy and the Trouble with Chocolate was another fun read. Daisy is funny, silly and makes me laugh a lot.
In this story, Daisy gets to look after her class's hamsters, Pickle and Pops, over the Easter Holidays. She then finds out that she's going to Chocolate World too! How much excitement can one little girl handle?! But, this is Daisy and she doesn't always make the right decisions!

It should be called, Daisy and the trouble with Daisy, as she gets herself into so much trouble all the time!

A really fun read for everyone who likes to giggle.
