The Bones books are an award-winning comic books series created by author-illustrator Jeff Smith. 

Each volume follows three lost cousins, Fone Bone, Phoncible P. "Phoney" Bone and Smiley Bone. After having been run out of their hometown Boneville, they get separated and lost in a myserious valley, and the books follow them as they find their way back to each other and ultimately save the mysterious valley itself from various dangers.

We love these books because they mix humour and fun with an epic quest, where we uncover secrets of the valley as well as meet all sorts of characters from monsters and dragons to princesses and more along the way.
