Shifty McGifty and Slippery Sam can't seem to get it right. They've had their try at becoming professional thieves, but they're just not very good at burgling. They've tried robbing banks, bookshops, bike shops, even their very own NEIGHBOURS! They have no choice but to open up a café bakery and leave the low life behind. 

But Shifty McGifty and Slippery Sam's life is everything but boring, and soon enough they're the ones to sniff out CRIME! in each book, Shifty McGifty and Slippery Sam must solve a new mystery.

From cats robbing banks, penguins stealing tiaras and burgled fancy hotels, to Christmas mysteries, missing masterpieces and even ALIENS, Shifty McGifty and Slippery Sam are two busy pups solving crime, all while baking delicious cakes!
