Allan Ahlberg Biography
Allan Ahlberg was born on 5th June 1938 in Croydon. Allan and his wife, Janet Ahlberg, worked together for 20 years creating many children's books, including picture books, before Janet passed away in 1994. Allan wrote the stories while Janet illustrated them.

Giles Andreae is the award-winning and bestselling author of Rumble in the Jungle, Giraffes Can't Dance and The Lion Who Wanted to Love. Giles is also the creator and voice behind Purple Ronnie. He lives in London. Katharine McEwen is the highly acclaimed illustrator of numerous books, including the Titchy Witch series for Orchard. She lives in Kent.
