My 6 year old is a huge fan of the original You Choose so we were really excited about You Choose in Space, and we've finally got it from the library. Similar to You Choose, you go through the book picking different things such as where you want to go on the planet, what you want to wear and eat, what job you want to do on the space shuttle. The illustrations are really appealing and there is something else to notice every time you read it. A great book for sparking discussion and giving young children control of the story. We are definitely going to be buying a copy.

My child loves this book it gets her imagination going. It has great pictures and picture choices. It is good for children to read alone but even better is to read it together to compare choices. It can be read over and over again and my child never tires of it.

This is a fantastic book and a worthy sequel to the stonkingly good You Choose. I wondered if Molly would be too old for this at 8 but as soon as she saw it in the window of the bookshop her face said it all. These books are not only brilliantly fun and engaging, they are also beautifully inclusive. There's no gender bias and it is hugely inspirational for kids. We would definitely recommend it to children from Early Years onwards. There's hours of imaginative fun for everyone here.

I got this for both my children, as they have the other 'you choose' books, which they both love, so I knew they would enjoy the latest one. They really enjoy looking at the pictures and choosing something different on each page, like a job on the spaceship, clothes to wear, aliens to be friends with etc. There is so much to look at, and the illustrations are colourful and bright. It is one of those books that they can look at time and time again, as the choices they make can be different every time. They like looking at it together to discuss what they will choose. This book get them to use their imagination. Such a fun book.
