Max, the main character, is very intelligent. smart and kind-hearted. I thought that it wasn't right that she was homeless, everyone deserves a home. I thought it was strange that Max doesn't have parents or a home, but still goes to University. I was interested in all the science bits in the book. I thought the energy plan that she had at the start of the book, where she was going to make electricity from horse manure, was clever. There is a lot about helping the environment and new ways to create power in the book. It is a very different adventure story. I would definitely recommend it.

I liked this book because it is about a 12 year old girl who is very smart and gets recruited by a secret organisation. She also has to get away from the evil Dr Zimm and the Corp. I would recommend this book to mini scientists of all ages for it includes teamwork, excitement and awesome science facts! This is the best book I have ever read! I wonder when the second book is out...

Max is a homeless orphan who lives above a horse stable. She already, at the age of 12, goes to university. She is really intelligent and wants to keep a low profile but she ends up solving problems with some of the world's most intelligent kids!  I think Max Einstein is the perfect book for people who love science - like me. It also models girl power and real life scenarios. It is a really epic book by an amazing author and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in science or Albert Einstein. (Isla, aged 11)

The physics are very complex and makes for interesting reading. Max as a character is kind and helpful.
