This book was really exciting and I read it in two nights because I didn't want to put it down! I liked the fact you couldn't predict the ending and the characters were very intriguing. Lauren, who is adopted, and her best friend Jam go away to find out Lauren's past. They gradually fall in love but events occur that mean they are forbidden to see each other. It's a story of love, friendship, adventure, mystery and intrigue. It is slightly far fetched at times but thrilling. I would recommend it for teenagers.

A good book, it contained a lot of detail and was exciting.  The only bad thing was the ending, it was very boring and I guessed what was happening.
