Ages 3 to 10 years. enjoys the misery of knowing that nothing good will ever happen to him (and it doesn't . . . no surprise there!). One day at his local food store he meets a purple creature with three feet and one toe, who was so happy that he had a smile that went from ear to ear and who bounced around instead of walking. Even the purple creatures voice had a bounce! When the purple creature happily purchases some food -- the head of a fly, a poked out eye dipped in snot to make it all gooey and yellow, and three lizards to cook in his frying pan, the shopkeeper informs the Negatees that there was now no more food left to sell. The Negatees groans out loud -- the food should be his, he loved eyeballs in snot. He groans again and starts to cry, "Bad things happen to me, times ten, I want that stupid fly". he moans. The Negatees pouts a poutiful pout, eyes down, big frown and bottom lip out -- a quiver and a tremble at the end of his snout, oh, what a sad sight to see. The purple creature smiles and tells the Negatees to calm down, lift his eyes up, suck his lip in and stop frowning -- not to be sad anymore because he could have the food -- it was alright.
