Here comes trouble!
A super-dooper Daisy picture book - from Kes Gray, author of the bestselling Oi Frog and Friends, and Nick Sharratt, award-winning illustrator of You Choose and Pants!

Daisy does NOT like peas. And there is NOTHING that will get her to eat them.

Mum says she can have an extra pudding, a chocolate factory or a space rocket with DOUBLE RETRO LASER BLAMMERS - but it just won't work! Can quick-thinking Daisy save her tea time and come up with a cunning plan to turn the tables on Mum?

This wickedly funny story will appeal to cheeky children everywhere (especially fussy eaters!).

We are massive, huge Kes Gray fans...my daughter loved these picture books before she graduated to the ‘Daisy’ chapter books...now LO loves them!!!

Peas are always left on Lo’s plate...we can really, really relate to the plight of Daisy and her long-suffering Mum!  Her mum will stop at nothing to entice Daisy to eat the little green drops...but maybe Mum has her own aversion to a little green veg of her own!???

This is a really fun story, part of a series of picture books brilliantly, boldly illustrated by Nick Sharratt.  Great for lo’s of all ages...

Both kids loved this book. I think they relate to Daisy not liking the food she had for tea and find it funny and exciting that she defies her mum but they both end up with pudding. Very well written and illustrated.

Daisy never tries peas and says she doesn't like them, her mummy says EAT YOUR PEAS! It was a funny book and I liked spotting all the peas in the pictures like the mummys necklace.

This book has been a favourite in our household for a number of years. Caitlin loves the story, especially when Daisy tells Mum off for not eating her Brussel Sprouts! Beautifully illustrated, the Daisy series are brilliant books for engaging young readers.

Both my children love this book, (as have many classes of reception and nursery children i have taught). Daisy is very relatable and mums desperation to get Daisy to eat her peas is entertaining. The illustartions are bold and colourful, and its clever that Daisy's face becames closer and closer the more cross she becomes.

Very funny and my son loved it but it did get a bit repetitive on each page.  The character daisy is a very strong willed little girl who's mummy tries to bribe her with anything and everything to get her to eat her peas but she's not having any of it.  My son runs around saying eat your peas to everyone now
