A very silly rhyming story that my daughter thought was very funny. A boy called George is searching for a Yeti and meets all sorts of strange monsters along his way who tell him all sorts of odd things about the Yeti. Fun pictures and silly monsters, it was a big hit.

I first heard this book on CBeebies Bedtime Stories and loved it. When I saw it in the shops I bought my own money. A boy called George wants to track down the Yeti. He takes some toys and a tin of spaghetti with him on his adventure. He meets some monsters on his way and they give him different foods. Will he ever meet a Yeti?  I like to read chapter books by myself but picture books I still like my mum or dad to read to me and this is one of my favourites. The pictures in the book are amazing and the monsters look scary and weird. The story is awesome and funny. There are other books in the series to read. I have Marshmallows for Martians which is just as good and I am looking out for the others.

A funny rhyming book that my son instantly took to. George is fascinated by yetis and decides to go and find one, taking a tin of spaghetti with him. On the way he meets several monsters who all have different ideas about what yetis like to eat. Which one of them is right? Or will the yeti prefer George's spaghetti? Great fun illustrations, we particularly like the spread featuring George's bedroom with all his yeti stuff!
