Here at Toppsta we love graphic novels, anything colourful and chapter books that keep young readers engaged, especially at the delicate age that is 7+! So this bright and engaging two-colour series is a big thumbs-up from us!

Meet Alan, a hilarious orange cat blessed with opposable thumbs! He is convinced he was born to rule the entire universe and in each book we get a peek into all his schemes and plans to fulfil his destiny. Of course, he's not alone on his mission: his slobbery dog sidekick Fido is along for the ride! We love these books because they are two-colour throughout and fully illustrated, making for a perfect book to help build independent reading and support reluctant readers.
