This two-colour illustrated series is a brilliant tool to open conversations about mental health with little worriors aged 7+.
You do not have to read this series in order of publication - each book is about a new character with their own set of worries. The books cover a range of sources of anxiety in children: starting new schools, being alone, losing someone dear, separation anxiety and the pressure of becoming a big sister/brother. And in each book, the fears and worries become personified as characters: the Worries!
This series normalises anxiety and mental health struggles in children, and is great for fans of Wilf The Mighty Worrier.
All The Worries books in order:

Book 2: Jaz and the New Baby (2021)
