Throughout the books, she delves deeper into the layers of the society she so thinks she knows, and eventually will join the demon-hunting Dark Days Club and to hone her Reclaimer powers, which can fight off the Deceivers and ultimately, she hopes, defeat the elusive Grand Deceiver. 

The books are a treat to read not only for the action and high stakes, but also for their authentic and well-researched portrayal of Regency London, and the sizzling love story between Lady Helen and Lord Carlston. Perfect for anyone who loves Historical fiction, Romance and Romantasy book series for 13 and 14 year olds.
