Fast-paced, dystopic and set in a fantastical world, Marie Lu's Legend series is a thrilling YA of revenge, passion, deadly plagues and courageous rebels for fans of Divergent, The Hunger Games and other dystopian novels. 

The two main characters of this series come from very different backgrounds, with very different stories. 

Fifteen-year-old June is the perfect daughter, born in a wealthy elite family of the Republic. She is obedient, has so many talents, and is bound to bring the Republic military success once she grows up. She is what everyone would call a PRODIGY.

On the flip side, Day is the exact same age as June but lives a completely different life. He's the Republic's most wanted CRIMINAL and, most importantly, he is the prime suspect for a murder that will intertwine his and June's story forever: he is thought to have killed her brother.

June's only objective is to avenge her brother, but things are not as they seem and she will soon find herself understanding the true workings of the Republic and teaming up with their number one bad guy, Day. We can't spoil anything further, so you will just have to dive into this world of adventure, challenges and danger. June will have to make some of the most difficult decisions of her life, Day will have to turn his reputation around. Together they will be on a heart-racing journey of danger, blood and revenge. 

The brilliant author of this series, Marie Lu, has written more fast-paced and breath-taking books. You might want to also read Warcross, The Kingdom of Back,or her The Young Elites books. Marie Lu has captured the hearts of thousands and thousands of readers!
