Walter longs to be a sea dog. He comes from a long line of sea dogs, all of whom made their livelihoods from the sea, but, alas, Walter's talent seems to extend only to baking. He sells his baked goods, made from his mother's classic recipes in the village tea shop. But Walter's life is upended when an unfortunate incident brings him face to face with Big Boris and the Sea King. In the end Walter learns important lessons about perseverance and finds his place as a true sea dog.
