Ted Glen was getting into abit of a pickle. He was supposed to be delivering some sand to Dorothy for the new beehives, but he's hit a bump in the road and all the sand has fallen out of his truck! Pat and P.C Selby try scooping up the sand in the policeman's helmet and some empty mailbags, but nothing seems to work! Oh dear! Will they ever be able to move it all? Meanwhile, Julian has had an idea and he calls all his friends and tells them to bring their bucket and spades! Soon the village green was covered with sand, deckchairs, umbrella's and even a paddling pool...it was just like being at the seaside! Such a lovely sunny day at Greendale-on-sea!
