Kind Wishes is book one of a three-book series called the Kindfully Me Series. It introduces children to the popular mindfulness concept of loving kindness. The story and workbook pages encourage children to have more empathy and acceptance of others, particularly those different from themselves. The story also encourages children to have compassion for themselves and others and to wish other children well.
