Life is an adventure. Anything in the world is possible - by will and by luck, with a moist carrot, a wet nose and a slice of mad courage !
Shylo has always been the runt of the litter, the weakest and queitest of all of his family, his siblings spend their days making fun of him for not being like the rest of them. But when Shylo stumbles across a band of ratzis and overhears their evil plan to take a photo of the Queen in her nightie, it's up to this unlikely hero to travel to London and inform the Royal Rabbits of London about the diabolicial plot! The Royal Rabbits of London have a proud history of protecting the royal family and now the secret society need to leap into action to stop the ratzis... But can a rabbit as feeble and shy as Shylo convince them that Queen is in danger?
The Hobbit meets Fantastic Mr Fox meets Watership Down in this charming novel from bestselling authors Santa and Sebag Montefiore, which shows that even the smallest rabbit can be the biggest hero.

A lovely story with a selection of great characters telling how a brave little rabbit defies all odds to save the queen from public humiliation. My daughter has really engaged with this book and has learned that being brave isn't the same as being physically strong. It's a lovely and well written story that engages children and adults alike

This is an exciting and adventurous story. There are happy, sad and thrilling moments, as Shylo finds himself on a mission to save the Queen.
Shylo the little bunkin is my favourite character, because he is brave, kind and respectful. He likes Horatio and makes friends with him even though everyone else is scared of him, because he is a stranger.
I really didn't like Shylo's big brother, Maximillian. He's mean and a bully.
The Royal Rabbits of London is a beautifully illustrated magical story.

We were really excited to read this book as we love all things to do with London and the royal family. This book was full of adventure and fun. Shylo is a really likeable character and you are cought up in his battle against the evil Papa Ratzi.
Our favourite part of the book was meeting all the other rabbits, lots of colourful and quirky characters.
I can see this being a very popular book and I'm sure my friends would love it as much as we did

The Royal Rabbits of London is a wonderful book about a rabbit called Shylo who goes on a fascinating adventure. From the small, timid little bunkin to the adventurous, knowledgeable Royal Rabbit, Shylo takes on massive challenges to save The Queen and her family from the evil Ratzis. Shylo is one amazing rabbit who is much braver than he thinks he is.

A great book and will be one that can read over and over

I liked this book because it's very cute and has a nice simple adventure story about overcoming your fears and doing what's right.

My favourite character was Laser because she is funny and positive and I hope to hear more of her in the next book.

This was a wonderful book that my 6 year old daughter really enjoyed. It follows the story of a quiet little rabbit named Shylo who embarks on a quest to save the Queen against the evil ratzis. My daughters favourite characters were Shylo and Horatio. It is a story which proves that you can be a hero no matter how shy and quiet you are. We will definitely recommend this book to others.

This story follows the runt of his litter, Shylo as he struggles to prove himself against his bigger, faster and stronger rabbit siblings who spend all their time making fun of him.
One day, as Shylo heads off to visit his war veteran friend Horatio (who’s feared by the other rabbits), he gets chased into a tight corner by his older brother, Maximilian.  It’s there, beneath the stump of a fallen oak, that Shylo overhears three greasy ratzis discussing a plot to break into Buckingham Palace and humiliate the Queen.
Rembering tales of The Royal Rabbits of London, who had long ago sworn an oath the protect the royal family, Shylo sets off to London to prove that the smallest of rabbits can be the bravest of heroes.
I loved this one – full of words of wisdom, humour and peril. I was rooting for Shylo right from the outset.

'The Royal Rabits of London' is a charming book and my daughter really enjoys it. It is all about rabbits and their adventures. She loves some of the characters: Shylo and Horatio and doesn't like Shylo's siblings and rats! The characters are well drawn and likeable and the plot held her attention throughout, at times amusing and at times poignant. She also loves the fact that the main action happens in Buckingham Palace.
The cover of this book really gets our attention. It's beautifully designed. It's a shame the illustrations inside the book are black and white.
