The '10 little series are a big hit with my daughter. This one has lots of characters that children will recognise, like the big bad wolf and Cinderella. It has lovely, bright illustrations with lots of details to talk about, and the rhyming text was fun to read.

This is the best book I've read ever!  I loved when it said Now they are.... And this book was very funny.  I liked it when they went on an amazing adventure.  I didn't like the bit where the red worm had no friends.

If you are struggling with counting back from ten then this book will help you. Ten little bookworms set off on an adventure through a library but every time they look at a book one gets stuck in it. Once all of them get stuck they all manage to get out and at the end they all find their way back to each other.

This book was very funny and the year one child I read it to really  liked page 10 when they all came out. THIS book would be great for younger children to practice their reading. I would recommend this book for children ages 2 to 5 although older children may enjoy reading it.

A great little introduction to this fun series of picture books!  Excellent value with a full story (albeit in a mini package!) which your small people will love.  As well as an enjoyable counting story, this is a great introduction for children exploring all the different things that they can experience in books - two thumbs way, way up!

A new ‘ten little’ is a family occasion...!!! We’ve been so looking forward to it...

Some familiar characters from the other books are brought together in this booky~wormy fun rhyme!  One of my favourite rhymes actually from Mike! Fab illustrations AS ALWAYS from Simon!

A bargain, £1...or ‘free’ with a WBD voucher...a great way to celebrate books & reading and numbers!

I read it to a year 1 child they thought it was good but needed improvement. She didn’t like the worms being dressed up but loved counting backwards. I thought it was brilliant for younger readers and I liked the moral of the book. Also I really liked the illustrations.

This is an amazing book which brings many story time favourites together in one fun tale. Ten little bookworms all go on a magic adventure and discover lots of different characters from classic stories such as Little Red Riding Hood and Cinderella. They also find Robots, Superheroes, Aliens, Dinosaurs and other familiar characters from other books in the 'Ten Little...' series. The pictures are very immersive and colourful making you feel like you are part of the action. The story shows you just how much fun you can have when you open a book or ten and we really enjoyed reading it.

My daughter loves this little book. The cover is very bright so grabbed her attention straight away. Inside every page has loads of drawings and bright pictures so really nice for young children to look at. It’s also very easy to read as it flows very nicely.

We love the ‘ten little...’ series and this one is also great reading. Ten little bookworms head off on an adventure through the stories. Along the way they meet lots of different characters from a howling wolf to Cinderella and Prince Charming. The book counts down from ten to one and the rhyming text makes the story flow very well.  The bright illustrations give you lots to discuss on each page and we particularly liked the superheroes. This is a book that my children have asked to read over and over.

We loved reading this book together, the rhyming makes it easy and fun to join in with, the counting backwards is fun as the story progresses.
We read this a couple of times with us taking it in turn to read sections.
This book is beautifully illustrated and a joy to read.

We are big fans of the 'Ten Little Dinosaurs' book so were keen to read this one too. It's quite sweet how rather than one theme, like the dinosaur book, this one takes a theme per page. I like that it helps little ones with counting downwards and them joining in with the rhymes and especially that it's all ends up with a happy ending.

This is part of the 'ten little....' series. It starts with 10 characters and on each page something happens to one so there is one less. It's a sweet book and the illustrations are nice. My girl liked spotting out the characters she recognised from other stories.

Ten bookworms are in a library discovering lots of exciting new books to explore. The story is great for teaching younger children to recognise numbers 1-10 and they can have fun counting the bookworms on each page. At the end there is an introduction to the other books in the Ten Little series, which cover some of the themes explored in this story.

I read it to a younger child she liked page 9 because of the illustrations, she didn't like page 4 because she didn't get the language. She enjoyed the book and liked the  characters especially the 9th book worm.

Our copy was the World Book Day version. It was the only one suitable this year for my 4 year old. It is a tiny book, the print is so small and some of it is very difficult to read as it is black writing on blue backgrounds. It feels like a cheap book and has not inspired us to get any of the rest of the series. A real shame the £1 WBD books are such poor quality these days.
