A fun loving dog named Harry narrates this book, and tells all about his adventures on the Greek island of Crete with his friends. He spends his days with fellow rescue dogs Dixie and Poppy, and a playful kitten named Alfie. Harry also has playmates around the island, in the forms of several dogs, and birds named Jonathan Livingstone Seagull and Russell, a crow. The gang are always searching for some fun with which to fill their days. Loyalty abounds throughout and it is clear they would do anything to help one another. This is a story of friendship, courage and, above all, love.
