A little girl is worried that her mother is going out for the evening and her worries soon take on an epic scale. Maybe her mother will be kidnapped, or eaten by giants, or even worse, maybe her mother will run away and not come back. But her mother is going to go out and have fun and soon the little girl is finding distraction in the form of a very playful babysitter. When the girl's mother returns at the end of the evening both parent and child have had a lovely time.
