Rafe Khatchadorian is getting the Hollywood treatment in a film version of Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life starring Griffin Gluck, Lauren Graham, Rob Riggle and Thomas Barbusca.

Georgia Khatchadorian plans to excel at Hills Village Middle School in all the places her troublemaking brother failed. She's even bet him that she'll quickly become one of the most popular girls in school. But Rafe left a big mark at HVMS, and no one will give Georgia a chance! Even worse, Rafe has sneakily signed up her band to play at the school dance, and she's terrified to embarrass herself in front of the snooty 'Princesses' who run the school and the boy who's caught her eye.

Will she be able to overcome her fears and win her bet with Rafe? Find out THE TRUTH about Rafe Khatchadorian's sister in the first Middle School story from the point of view of the hilarious Georgia - a girl who's ready to speak her mind!

This was the funniest book I've ever read. I really liked the style of this book and I hope everyone will enjoy it as much as me.

This book is about a girl called Georgia. She is moving to a new school and because of her brother she has a bad reputation at that school.
She wants to show everyone that she is not like her brother and that she is funny and smart.
Although someone is making it hard for Georgia to have a good reputation.
And who is that?
MISSY!
But once Georgia got to know her brother {called Race} she finds out that she and her brother aren't really that different..

"Middle School - My Brother is a Big, Fat Liar" is the third book in the series. We've read them all and we are huge fans (both me and my daughter:)!! This time we learn a bit more about Rafe's sister: Georgia. She starts her Middle School and she's pretty excited about it - yes - that's right - she loves books, lessons and has no problem with making new friends. Unfortunately because of her brother behaviour everyone at school (teachers, kids) think she's just like him! As a matter of fact Rafe is a brother who ruined her life - she always loved school and now it's horrible.
She made decision about proving to everyone that they are wrong and this is where the real school story begins

I love the style of writing and the illustrations! This is the book that you read with one breath! You can't stop!
I think the book is suitable both for boys and girls (age 7+). My daughter finds it easy to read and really funny.
The Middle School books have a proper place on our bookshelf and I'm sure my daughter will read them all again:) The younger one is already watching illustrations and making her own stories:)
If I could I would give 10 stars to this book!

This book is about the long suffering sister of Rafe Khatchadorian and everyone thinks she is just like him.   In the story she must prove them all wrong and tries to show everyone the perfect girl that she really is.   This book is part of a series and does not work well if you have not read the first book (middle school the worst years of my life)     I think his book will appeal mainly to boys but girls will enjoy it too

I'm really pleased that I got to read this because I read the first one (and watched the movie) and really enjoyed it. This book is just as good, and reminds me of Diary of a Wimpy Kid. I hope that the author writes more of these.

I chose this book from library mainly because of the author. My mom loves his books so I thought to try one too. It is a book from Middle school series but we can read it separately and still we can understand the story line. It is mainly about two characters who are brother and sister. She suffers at school bcz of brother's actions and tries to overcome so many hurdles. The book is full of white and black funny drawings which I like. It is a sort of fun reading and I came across some of the hard words which I learnt the meaning later on.

Summer-Mae read bits of this book to me. It was fantastic. It Explored some of the problems kids face in school like trying to make friends and bullying. Summer-Mae enjoyed the book throughly and now wants me to purchase the sequels to it as I believe this is the 3rd book of the series. It has a lot of comedy moments in it and often heard Summer-Mae giggling whilst reading it. I would highly recommend this book to children of both sexes aged 7/8+

This is a really funny book that I loved!  I could read it over and over again.  It was easy to read and I laughed out loud lots!  Although a bit silly in places the story is great, I couldn't put it down.   I would definitely recommend this book to everyone.

I had read house of robots, one of James Patterson books, which I really enjoyed, so I was looking forward to reading this one. This is one of the books from the middle school series. When I knew the main character was Georgia, a girl, I did think maybe it would be more suited to girls, but this made no difference and I enjoyed the book. Georgia wants to do really well at her middle school, because he big brother Rafe went there and failed, as he was a really big trouble maker. She even ended up betting her brother that she would be one of the most popular girls of the school. There are black and white illustrations throughout the book. The book was funny, Georgia speaks her mind and many can relate to her. We see her go through experiences at school; making friends, bullies, etc. It was an easy read, and I'd like to read the other middle school books
