This two-book photocopiable series has been developed to provide design and technology challenges suitable for children aged 5-7. Each book contains fifteen design and make challenges. All challenges are introduced using a real-life context, or by posing a problem that the children can easily relate to. They are fun to do and present opportunities for problem solving, ingenuity, co-operative work, making links and coming up with workable solutions. Equipment requirements are simple and challenges can also be completed at home. Teacher information pages are included with each challenge. Previously titled: Technology for Toddlers.
