When Nicole wakes up as a cat during her school camping trip, she panics and runs away into the forest. Lost and confused, she encounters a clan of people that are just like her; people that have been infected. Nicole finds herself on the verge of a war, and she struggles to discover who her real enemies are and who she can trust. Amid all the stress, she thinks she may be falling for the guy she hates. The situation becomes even more confusing, when she begins to realize that secrets have been kept from her.
