Young friends are caught on the camera of a movie company filming London's historical landmarks. They enter a fantasy world of bizarre characters, wily animals, and evil General Nitti-Gritti, from an ancient eastern dynasty, intent on conquering Britain. A merchant from twelfth century Venice transports the friends by ship to the ancient world where it is hi-jacked by pirates for its fabulous cargo, the dowry ofa princess the merchant is escorting to Persia for her marriage to the Crown Prince.
