Young friends are caught on the camera of a movie company filming London's historical landmarks. They enter a fantasy world of bizarre characters, wily animals, and evil General Nitti-Gritti, from an ancient eastern dynasty, intent on conquering Britain. Guy Fawkes returns to have another attempt at blowing up the Houses of Parliament, aided and abetted by General Nitti-Gritti and his henchmen. The friends endeavour to thwart their evil intentions.
