Pinocchio doesn’t know much about life. Before Geppetto carved him into a puppet, he had simply been a piece of wood. So Geppetto decides to teach him about the world and how to behave like a real boy. But Pinocchio finds it hard to be good and is easily led astray, even with the help of the little cricket, his conscience.
