This simple picture book is a must read. It aims to teach young children about the features of their face.

The text is simple and repetivite - which works effectively to introduce and develop vocabulary. For each feature e.g. eyes, there is a large illustration of a young child pointing to their eyes and there is also an animal pointing to their eyes. The reader is invited to find their eyes - and on it goes.

Every page and picture is bright and utterly charming. The board book format is ideal as it's so durable; our copy of the book has been used by two toddlers so far and is still going strong!

It's a wonderful teaching resource for very young children to learn about their face but it's a great way of encouraging expressive language; my 2 year old enjoys talking about the babies and what they are pointing to. Both of my children love the ending of "Again! Let's play again!" We usually end up reading it several times and it revolves into games around faces.

It's a great book to have in your arsenal; for all it's simple there's loads you can do with it. I highly recommend it.

We have had this one since my daughter was a baby, shes 2 now and still enjoys it. This is a lovely book that helps little ones learn where different features on their face are, and they can use the pictures in the book to help them find them. Its a fun book. Now my daughters older she will tell me what the child on each page is pointing to, such as chin, nose, etc and then she will point to it on her face or on mine. The best bit is at the end, where there is a mirror your child can look into and see their own reflection. Its a nice simple book that's very effective.
