We saved this book for half term so it gave eleanor something to do when she bored! Today was the day she decided to break it out! We love this series of books, we started of with the lonely planet smells around the world and really enjoyed that. Eleanor loved the ocean theme as she has been studying it at school at the moment. She started off with the colouring pages as she is an avid colourer at the moment and then moved on to the stickers. The stickers were really good quality and essy to peel (i dislike sticker books that make it impossible to remove the stickers from the backing without tearing!) The sticker pages are bright and vivid and well thought out. Each page also has some interesting facts on it, for example 'why do fish move in shoals?.
It also has lots of quizes, word search and dot to dots.Plenty of things to keep Eleanor busy for the rest of half term!

A bright and colourful book with lots to learn and activities to complete - great for a rainy day!  My son is really into creatures that live under the sea so the timing was ideal.  My daughter will also be doing a project about sea creatures soon so she may well borrow it for inspiration!  A good quality book which is inviting and engaging

This is an amazing book with so much to learn and do. As with other Lonely Planet Kids books you have two child guides. In this book Marco and Amelia take you along on their round-the-world diving adventure. You get to learn about anything from small rock pools and what lives in them to the the Great Barrier in Australia and the amazingly weird creatures that inhabit the Marianas Trench. As well as learning facts and figures there is lots for the reader to do. There are wordsearches, dot to dots, many different pages and scenes to colour in and tips on drawing the perfect seahorse picture. You also have over 250 amazingly bright and bold stickers to help finish the various underwater scenes. We really enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it. The Lonely Planet Kids books are amazing.

This brightly coloured book is absolutely packed with activities for kids to participate in. The big draw for Aaron was definitely the stickers and he spent quite a long time reading through the book. A great learning book.

My 5 year old son was very excited about receiving this book, he started reading it straight away. It's a really lovely book, with over 250 stickers! (Also good to see that if a mistake is made with positioning the stickers they can be easily peeled off and stuck back on again.). The book follows the ocean adventures of a boy called Marco, and a girl called Amelia.  There are more than just pages for stickers though.  Under the sea mazes (my son's favourite), colouring pages, design your own sea creature, and fishy facts are just some of the other pages that are included.  I really loved the bright, vibrant and vivid illustrations which made the book very inviting.  My son loved discussing the fish and sea creatures.  It's a good book, and I would certainly recommend it for boys and girls aged 5-9.

My son was thrilled when he opened his post to find this book inside. It is an enjoyable, colourful activity book. There are loads of stickers to create scenes in the actual book itself. My son decided that he would not only do this, but make some additional ones on some A4 pieces of white paper as well. There are plenty of other types of activities as well such as a dot to dot, a word search, mazes, how to draw (seahorse) etc. It didn't take my son long to complete an awful lot of them. More for fun than anything else, I would suggest it is best suited for 5 -8 year olds.
