These Guided Reading cards for the Non-Fiction strand of the Oxford Literacy Web: highlight key teaching points; cover teaching objectives at text, sentence, and word level; include National Literacy Strategy high frequency and key words; include notes on text structure; provide assessments for both reading and writing; and include extension ideas for the more able readers in the Guided Reading sessions, with links to other Oxford Literacy Web Non-Fiction support materials. Each pack contains six cards: a different card for each book. The Class Pack contains all the cards from the six individual packs, totalling 36 cards in all.
