Eve Lockett studied English and Fine Art at Exeter University, graduating in 1979. Her creative writing has included stories, poetry, lyrics, and short drama sketches, some for radio. For eight years she worked with a Christian mission agency, producing and editing their publicity material - newssheets and audio-visuals. Eve was licensed as a lay reader in 1997, married and moved to Oxfordshire. For some years she has helped with an after-school club, involving regular biblical storytelling. She received a diploma in Biblical and Theological studies from Wycliffe Hall in 2001. Her first book for BRF, Tales of Grace, was published in May 2005, and her second Tales for the Prayer Journey, in 2007.
