Rabbit's Nap
Author: Julia Donaldson Illustrator: Axel Scheffler
We love the pictures and the lift the flap aspect. The story is easy to follow and isn't too long so keeps the attention span of an easily distracted toddler!

The illustrations are easy to identify and my 2 year old is able to explain what is happening in each scene.

Lovely story and fun to read.

Sleepy Farm
Authors: Rob Holmes , Ourrielle Holmes Illustrator: Michael Terry
This book was perfect when our son turned 2. It taught him about "night" and "day" and that waking when it's dark outside means he should go back to sleep.

He loves the pictures and identifies the images easily.

It's quite short, so holds the attention span of an easily distracted toddler.

Part of our bedtime routine every single night now!

We're going on a Bear Hunt
Author: Michael Rosen Illustrator: Helen Oxenbury
We love the repetition in this book, as it keeps a very easily distracted 2 year old interested!
The illustrations are beautiful and child friendly, though the bear does look a little scary! However, at the end we have taught our son about emotions and the fact that the bear was sad as he just wanted a friend.

A brilliant adventure book that we have used in various aspects of every day life!
