The School for Good and Evil
Author: Soman Chainani
I couldn't put this book down! I'd call it a fantasy adventure. I liked how the different schools were run and although I found the story quite strange, it was compelling.

Author: Jamie Smith
I really enjoyded this book because it was full of mysteries and adventure. I thought Sabira was very brave and courageous even though she was lost and always cold. I would recommend this book to readers who are 11 years+.

The Black Amulet
Author: J.R. Wallis
I really liked this book because it was full of twists and turns and kept me gripped till the end. It was fun and full of mystery and most of importantly it was full of magic! I really liked Ruby because she is brave and is good friend. This book made me feel alot of things. It made me feel angry towards ****** ******* and anxious for the safety of **** and *****! I hadn't read the first book but it was almost better that way because I was constantly thinking of things that might of happened.

Arsenic for Tea: A Murder Most Unladylike Mystery
Author: Robin Stevens
My favourite character in Arsenic for Tea (apart from Hazel) is Beanie. It was really funny when she found a very important clue but she was too afraid to look at it. It was also very funny when the author's description of Beanie, when Daisy was telling Beanie about the medieval torches, was hilarious!
I have also read all the other books and I love them.
