No-Bot, the Robot with No Bottom
Author: Sue Hendra
A fun story about a Robot that loses his bottom and his search to find it asking friends to help along the way. My youngest two sons really find this story funny and this has been a bedtime story multiple times.

Storytime: Superchimp
Author: Giles Paley-Phillips Illustrator: Karl Newson
Superchimp is the superhero of the rainforest and rescues animals great and small who are in trouble. This story rhymes and the kids joined in reading with me. They found the mention of Superchimps red underwear really funny and loved his superhero antics. But even superheros need looking after and Superchimp's mum knows when her little one needs rest after a busy day looking out for the creatures of the forest.

There's A Spider In This Book
Author: Claire Freedman Illustrator: Mike Byrne
My 3 sons aged 6 and under loved this book. They loved finding Eric on each page and they found the story funny. The story follows Erics adventures as he tries to live in peace with Granny and Fluffy the cat, but they don't like spiders so Eric has to find lots of hiding places. The illustrations are colourful and engage young children as there is something to find on each page. This is a fun and engaging story that we will read again.

Kitchen Disco
Author: Clare Foges Illustrator: Al Murphy
Fun story about food having a disco when the lights go out on a night. The rhyme is catchy and fun. This is an energetic story so maybe not for bedtime but a fabulous story non-the-less

The Selfish Crocodile
Author: Faustin Charles Illustrator: Mike Terry
This is one of my sons favourite books. The illustrations and fabulous and really tell the story and get the children engaged. The story is about a crocodile who doesn't want other animals in his river and what happens when the crocodile needs help. My children join in doing a loud voice for the crocodile when he is grumpy and not wanting other animals in his river. The characters really pop out of the pages of the book which is why my sons ask for this story time and time again
