A chapter book with fantastic representation, so many illustrations and fun-filled friendship? Farhana Islam's The Misadventures of Mina Mahmood series, illustrated by Simran Diamond Singh has it all!

Main character Mina Mahmood is always up to some sort of (mis)adventure with her best friends ever, Reema and Mobeen, as they navigate school life together, from inspectors’ visits and tarantula escapes to even ghosts disturbing group trips.

This series is perfect for readers aged 7+ who are still gaining independence with their reading and feel supported by illustrations on each page. This is an especially helpful series for reluctant readers too, with action on each page, making it impossible to stop reading!
