The Cogheart Adventures Series

by ,
(209 reviews)

The Cogheart Adventures by Peter Bunzl are fantastic middle-grade adventures for ages 9+.

Set in Victorian times, in a steampunk world where people travel to work on airships and have clockwork mechanical servants, the books follow the adventures of Lily, her friend Robert and her over-opinionated, mechanical fox Malkin.

The children meet when Lily runs away to investigate her father’s disappearance. Her life is in danger and when she meets Robert, a clockmaker’s son, they are plunged into a perilous, murky world full of mystery.

Each book in the series brings a new mystery for the trio to solve and another gripping adventure. There are now four books in the series and we recommend starting with book one, Cogheart.

All the Cogheart Adventures books in order:

Book 1: Cogheart (2016)
Book 2: Moonlocket (2017)
Book 3: Skycircus (2018)
Book 4: Shadowsea (2020)
