This is a very special book that happened by chance as I met up with Sue, Nicola Hughes's mum, at a charity fund raising event in Diggle. For those who do not know, Nicola Hughes was one of the brave young policewomen who was tragically killed whilst on duty with Fiona Bone on 18 September 2012. Sue shared with me her favourite story that had happened to Nicola whilst on a night shift. This book is dedicated to the memory of the 2 young policewomen.
