Mr. Barmy Noodle is once again in trouble with his wife, Dotty. This time he's broken her favourite vase. His efforts to escape her wrath take him on a walk where he comes across a funfair in a field. After trying all the rides and attractions he decides to have his fortune read. It appears that today is going to be his lucky day, so he spends his final shilling on the roll-a-penny and wins lots of money! A big box of chocolates - and some glue to mend the vase - ensure that all is once again well with Mrs. Noodle!
