Seren sat quietly and after a while I wondered what she was doing - she had made herself quite comfortable and was reading to herself.  This book made her laugh and kept her attention for the whole book.  I liked that she told me bits about the story and as a fan of Evil Pea she liked the role he had in this story.

We borrow books from the library and Seren is currently doing the Summer Reading Challenge, Supertato is a favourite - it is nice to have a book to keep and read yourself when ever you want so this has been read by me to her and her to me - how lovely.   We have read this a few times now,  maybe she will outgrow it but it may become a lifelong favourite . Thank you.

We absolutely loved reading this book. We are huge fans of the Supertato series and couldn't wait to follow Supertato and the Veggies on their latest adventure. Everyone in the supermarket is a little bored so they decide to play hide and seek. Supertato does his best to find all the Veggies but when carrot finds a hidden treasure map the game gets even more exciting. The friends have a thrilling adventure and even bump into a very familiar face. The characters in this story are brilliant as are the colourful illustrations. This is a great book and we highly recommend it!

Jude loves supertato so this installment thrilled him just like the other books. It was different than the other books from supertato as it was more of an action like Indiana Jones with twists and turns. Jude loved the pictures and in particular the last one with supertato's cape. It is a fun filled book with action, suspense and danger but fit for a young audience as Jude is only 4 and thought it was great.

My 21month old grandson loves the characters in this book.  As I read to him he points and names the vegetables and as the illustrations are so bright and cheerful this is helping him learn his colours too.  It's his favourite book at the moment and its a great educational tool as well as a really enjoyable read which will last him for many years.

This is a lovely latest edition from the 'Supertato' series. The pictures are bright and funny which is perfect for my son who doesn't have the longest concentration span. It's a fun adventure based in the supermarket, which helps make the boring supermarket trips a bit more fun as we can now look for Supertato and his friends in the vegetable aisle. Vegetables now suddenly seem more fun. Overall a great book for the younger children.

Since receiving this book it has become a firm
favourite at bedtime. Tilly finds the story engaging and I have heard laughter coming from her bedroom when Daddy reads it to her. As with the other books in the series, the story appeals to younger readers and the illustrations compliment the narrative perfectly. Sue Hendra is a definite favourite in our house!

Me and my daughter loved this book. We have been wanting it for ages and I’ve just managed to get it for her. It did not disappoint. She squealed in delight when the evil pea arrived in the book. A great story that takes you on an adventure. Great bright pictures. Think it’s our new favourite for bed :)

My class loved the return of Supertato I this book. They laughed their way through it and were able to join in when we re-read it again and again and again! They were all inspired to write their own Supertato stories too = one happy teacher!

A fun book about Supertato and his vegetable friends who play hide and seek and find a treasure map.
Good storyline with a fun ending. Colourful illustrations.
Our little one lost interest in me reading it to her about halfway but she is only 8 months. She did like to look at the bright pictures though. This is one for her to grow into

My son loved this book, it was the first time we’d come across Super Tito and his nemesis the Evil Pea. A swashbuckling adventure (through the supermarket aisles) had my son giggling away. The Evil Pea was probably his favourite character -he believes peas are evil at the best of times! The drawings were great and he’s now trying to copy them by himself.

Another fun story about Supertato and his friends. This story centres around a game of hide and seek where the vegetables find a treasure map, taking them on an adventure. The illustrations are lovely and bright, which really adds to the enjoyment. My year 1 class absolutely loved the little twist at the end which provided them with great laughter. Will definitely be using this book as part of our superhero theme when we teach it next year!

My 20 month old is really enjoying this book and keeps asking his Dad and I to read it to him. It has a comic book style and is bright and well laid out. The characters are cute and have their own personalities, the pea is a cheeky little thing. We ask our son to point out the different vegetables which he loves doing. I found the part about the cactus and the oven gloves quirky and funny. It's a short adventure story which my young child manages to follow to the end.
