Canadian-born Karen Wallace is the author of over 70 books for children, including Emerald and the bestselling Raspberries on the Yangtze. She was born in Canada, but now lives in Herefordshire with her husband and a large cat called Cougar.
More about Karen WallacePatrice Aggs was born and brought up in the United States, but now lives in West Sussex, England. She has illustrated over thirty-five picture books for children. In the early 1980s she was part of the team which produced the animated film The Snowman.
