I  read this book in 1 night as it was so amazing!
Each book in this series just gets better and better. The best part was when Terry's hair became straight as it is always curly. I enjoyed this book so much I am going to read it again tonight!

I am ashamed to say that this is the first "Treehouse" book that i have read - I wish this had been in print when I was a child!  it's fabulously whacky - I love that the story follows the authors trying to write the book that we are reading.  Not too many words per page and loads of fun illustrations make this accessible for a confident year 2 reader upwards - great for those older readers who struggle with a solid text book too!  There are jokes on the bottom of every page and lots of references to keep grown ups entertained (I feel like a stable genius!), which make this a perfect book for sharing and reading aloud.  I can now see why so many children at school love to read this series - they will be queuing up to borrow this copy!

Dynamic Duo Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton’s hugely successful treehouse series has collected quite the cult following. This is reflected in this latest and the eighth instalment of the series, which has sky rocketed up to the top of the bestselling children’s book charts. A quick scan of the charts also reveals that the previous editions of this series also feature heavily. It is safe to say that The 104-Storey Treehouse is the most anticipated children’s book of 2018.

Further expansion to the popular treehouse, devised by author Andy Griffiths and illustrator Terry Denton, has occurred. The amazing treehouse now stands at 104 storeys tall. This time around the zany adventures continue. Readers can expect to discover joke writing pens, money making machines, bun fights, a massive toothache, a never ending staircase, some burping fun and plenty of bears! Follow Andy, Terry, Jill and the mean Mr Big Nose for yet another wacky adventure. Just try not to get tangled up in the wild escapades of The 104-Storey Treehouse!

There was much excitement in my household as Mr 8 and myself welcomed the brand new treehouse adventure, which marks the eighth in the bestselling series. There is no denying the popularity of these books, readers eagerly await the next issue in the series every year. Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton are a winning combination. With Andy’s finesse in the writing side of things, Terry Denton takes care of the illustrations. These two work in harmony, so what always arises is one fantastical adventure!

What really worked for us with this particular instalment was the use of the jokes included at the bottom of each page. We looked forward to each new joke, they were hilarious! We were pleased to share around and add these jokes to our repertoire. What an extra fun touch to an already funny read!

Content wise, The 104-Storey Treehouse is packed full of slapstick situations, sticky fixes and ludicrous binds that Andy, Terry and Jill must negotiate. It all turns out in the end, despite the looming threat of Mr Big Nose and after quite the adventure. A sneak peek page of the next book, The 117-Storey Treehouse, is sure to incite plenty of excitement for next year’s release.

The 104-Storey Treehouse is guaranteed to be a big hit in classrooms and family homes across the country.

Very funny. Andy and Terry have yet again passed on my laugh meter. They always get into some sort of mayhem and this time trying to get their book done and sort Andy's hurting tooth out. But somehow they always get their book done before the deadline.

I love the Treehouse books, and was so excited to receive a copy to review. My nana in Australia always buys me them. This is the eighth book in the Treehouse series. It's a treehouse with 104 floors that keeps getting bigger - they keep thinking of new stories!

I like the book as it was funny, it is like the other books but is even sillier. Andy and Terry are the two main characters, Andy tells the stories and Terry illustrates them. There are lots of pictures in the book, including a never ending staircase and a level where everything is really tangled up.

There is a joke on every page which are hilarious, the jokes follow the theme of those pages so lots of worm, bird or animal ones and my favourite is the red house one!

This book made me feel happy and make me laugh out loud. I'm glad that there are more Treehouse books being written, and I can't wait for the next one.

I really enjoyed this book. It is a fantastic read.
In this book, Andy has toothache. He needs to write a book along with Terry (who as normal is getting distracted).  Andy needs a miracle to strike! He remembers about the joke writer 2000 pencil in the $2,000,000 shop and he buys it (with some problems). But as usual something goes wrong, in this case a giant bird swoops out of the sky and steals it. Can they ignore all the distractions, and write their book in time, or will they fail?

Having read all the other treehouse books we were eagerly anticipating the latest instalment. 104 Storey Treehouse did not disappoint! Finn was laughing out loud as we read it and found out what adventures Andy and Terry were up to this time.
Finn loves spending time looking at the illustrations which are funny on their own.
The addition of jokes at the bottom of each page was a great idea and were very much enjoyed by us. Again some of these had us in stitches!
However some of the repetitive parts which went on for a few pages, Finn got bored of. I know they were in keeping with the plot but Finn felt it was too many pages.
Finn was sad to come to the end of the book and the waiting begins for another instalment!

My class almost begged me to buy this book for the class library! We have had the full collection in class for the last few weeks and the books have been like hot cakes. Even my less enthusiastic/able readers have loved these books - even if it is just to study the illustrations and discuss them. They are great books in my opinion. The children have described this new release as 'the best of the bunch', 'the funniest in the range', 'a laugh out loud book' - I'm glad I bought it.

My 6 year old started reading this book as soon as it arrived (although I did most of the reading at bedtime) and was in fits of giggles within minutes. Andy has a toothache and the next book is due very soon, but he and Terry have discovered a special pencil called the Joke Writer 2000, it sounds like it will solve all their problems! But first they need to find one, and then they need to find the money to pay for it. My 6 year old says his favourite moment was when Terry snorts milk out of his nose, and he keeps pretending to be a baby worm snatcher. There are loads of fun details and we loved reading about the different storeys. There is a joke on every spread, some my 6 year old found funny but others we had to explain to him (and some I didn't get at all!). A great fun addition to this hilarious series.

I like this book because it was very funny and it had good ideas and drawings in it. The characters were comically silly and sometimes hilariously daft. This book made me feel like I was there in the 104 storey treehouse laughing hysterically. My favourite level of the treehouse was the reinforced fortress because I like history.

Possibly the best in the series.  As the floor number goes up by 13 each bookbook, the story gets better!  This book is all about Andy and Terry in there huge treehouse!  But Andy has a really bad toothache and needs to get the joke writer 1000, the new joke writing pencil!  They have a 2 dollar shop, a 2 million dollar shop and a money making machine!  What could possibly go wrong

I really like the Treehouse books. They are so silly. I didn't like the jokes at the bottom of the pages though, they weren't that funny. I liked the illustrations. There is so much detail in them. The best parts were the Bears' Bun Fight, the never ending staircase and when Terry, Andy andJill are pretending to be baby birds getting fed worms by a grumpy bird. I would recommend this book.

This book is full of funny moments and laugh out loud moments. It has a unique story line and has brilliant pictures. At the bottom of each page is a joke and each joke is linked to story. It is not very easy to put the book down and gives lots of jokes to tell friends. Andy and Terry live in an 104 storey treehouse and each level has lots of fun activities and jobs. In this book Andy and Terry once more are struggleing to get their book published in time for 'Mr Bignose' but they keep getting distracted by the weird and wonderful things going on in their treehouse.
