New Beginnings of the Chalet School was first published in 1999. It was reprinted in 2002 and again in 2006. Now, fourteen years after the last printing, here it is again.
Set a couple of years after Prefects, the final book in Elinor Brent-Dyer's Chalet School saga, Heather has continued the saga of the Chalet School as Elinor might have written it, and indeed it is difficult to realise that this does not come from Elinor's pen! This is the only sequel to the series that we have published, and the only one we shall ever do. For this reason, there is no extra story in this edition.
