Janie of La Rochelle is No 6 in the La Rochelle series, connected to the Chalet School, and is mainly set in Guernsey. GGBP first published it in 2003, and are delighted to be reprinting it now. It tells the story of Janie Temple's marriage to Julian Lucy but this is not the only wedding - a visit to England is necessary when Rosamund Atherton is married to Nigel Willoughby. We meet again the Raphaels (Heather Leaves School), more of the Willoughbys and the Athertons.
For this edition of Janie of La Rochelle Helen Barber has written a short story, 'Loved and Lost', in which we meet Pauline Ozanne again.
